What we did:

For this project we had to work closely with the building owner, their project engineer, and our window manufacturer to fabricate frames that would meet the unique and specific requirements of this job. Due to our good relationships in the industry, we were able to closely work with our suppliers to manufacturer a window system for this hotel that exceeded the requested specifications.

Another challenge that we had to overcome was during the duration of the window and door replacement project the owner requested the hotel remain operational with no disruptions to guests or services. For this we adjusted our working hours and processes to ensure we completed entire suites at a time during the day before guests were checked in.

Overall our good relations with suppliers and our ability to be flexible on large scale projects we were able to complete the window and door replacement project for Sheraton hotels on time and on budget with no disruptions to the hotels operations.
